On Instagram, Madonna makes an unusual circumcision confession.
Madonna made a head-scratching confession on social media that she never got circumcised – a surgery done to male genitalia after birth.
“I have a confession to make,” the Queen of Pop, 64, wrote over a black screen via her Instagram Story on Thursday.
The “Hung Up” songstress then posted a series of selfies of her wearing pink sunglasses, a yellow and black mesh top, and see-through blue skirt while sipping on a glass of white wine.
Madonna used the Instagram Story drawing tool to make each word its own Story totalling four photos.
“I was not circumsized [sic],” the Stories ended up reading.
In the last photo, Madonna took off her skirt and put it around her head as if to symbolize the surgery itself that removes the foreskin from a baby boy’s penis.
The “Vogue” singer has recently been using social media to both make other confessions and to show her fans a closer look into her life.
Earlier this month, Madonna seemingly came out as gay in a playful video posted to TikTok.
The musical icon has also concerned fans with some of her content. Most recently, Madonna posted a selfie video to Instagram where she stared into the camera and fans dubbed her “unrecognizable” and “freaky.”
“Please stop with the face, unrecognisable :(,” one popular fan comment read.
“What did you to Madonna? Where iş she?” another fan wrote.
“I’m sorry… but this looks scary. You were beautiful just the way you were. Sad that so many women fall victim to wanting to look 20 forever and go overboard with fillers and surgery,” another user chimed in.
Fans also left concerning messages in April when she didn’t look like herself in another TikTok video and even compared her to reality TV star twins Darcey and Stacey Silva who are notorious for getting loads of plastic surgery.
