In a birthday tribute, Tori Spelling praises Dean McDermott's parenting abilities.

Tori Spelling celebrated Dean McDermott’s birthday by gushing over his parenting skills shortly after he shut down ongoing rumors that they’re getting a divorce.
“Happy birthday to a great dad of 6,” Spelling, 49, captioned a photo of McDermott to her Instagram Story on Wednesday.
He and Spelling share five kids: Liam, 15, Stella, 14, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 5. McDermott also shares 24-year-old son Jack with his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace.
The Canadian actor dispelled rumors that the two were breaking up after months of speculation that he and Spelling’s marriage was crumbling.
“Everything is amazing. Everything’s great. We’re having a lot of fun,” he said of his relationship with Spelling in an interview with The Sun published last week.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum and McDermott first sparked divorce rumors in early 2021.
McDermott had revealed that they were sleeping in separate bedrooms and they further fueled the fire when McDermott was seen without his wedding ring while stepping out to run errands in LA.
While they were seen together on a family trip to Disneyland, the pair was noticeably absent from each other’s holiday celebrations last year.
Spelling had celebrated Thanksgiving without her husband and she also shared a family holiday card that didn’t include the actor. She had also appeared to have removed his Christmas stocking from her fireplace.
And back in October 2021, the “True Tori” alum was seen shouting outside of a lawyer’s office holding a notepad with notes on “custody, “Support, and “Assets.”
At the time, Spelling avoided answering any questions about their relationship. McDermott had also called the breakup rumors “weird.”
But the couple, who got married in 2006, sparked speculation that they were getting along again when Spelling and McDermott were spotted on a pizza date while both wearing their wedding rings in September.
Things have been pretty rocky throughout their marriage. They almost split after McDermott had an affair with 28-year-old Emily Goodhand while on location shooting “Chopped Canada” in 2013.
