Meghan King claims her ex-husband Jim Edmonds is not following their co-parenting plan.
“I spent this Halloween without my kids. No FaceTime, no photos, no contact,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum, 38, wrote via Instagram Tuesday.
When one of King’s followers asked whether her “parenting plan allows for nightly FaceTime,” the former reality star confirmed that it does.
“But apparently not following this particular rule isn’t ‘illegal’ and therefore isn’t enforced more than a slap on the wrist… which has done absolutely nothing for me, never has… no matter how many times I’ve asked,” she alleged.
“so I stopped asking. The system fails again.”
In response, Edmonds’ rep, Steve Honig, says in a statement to Page Six that King is “thirsty” and “seek[ing] attention,” adding, “Let’s all look at her and make her feel relevant.”
The retired MLB player, 52, and his new wife, Kortnie O’Connor, dressed up with his and the former Bravo personality’s three children — daughter Aspen, 5, and twin sons Hart and Hayes, 4 — while celebrating Halloween on Monday.
“These two were inn a league of their own last night!'” Edmonds wrote alongside a sweet snap of O’Connor, 38, and Aspen.
While King was initially “SO SAD” to be away from her little ones and distracted herself “in a variety of ways,” she remembered that “kids suck on holidays.”
The “Intimate Knowledge” podcast co-host explained, “I don’t think I’m mad about not having them for Halloween. At the end of the day, holidays are a lot, and to have that taken off our shoulder is really just kind of relaxing.”
She noted that Halloween is “all about the pictures” until kids grow up.
King and Edmonds married in 2014, welcoming Aspen and their twins in 2016 and 2018, respectively. The former couple called it quits in 2019.
While the sports broadcaster went on to wed O’Connor in September, King moved on with President Biden’s nephew Cuffe Owens. Their short-lived marriage was annulled in July.
